It still needs a lot of work, so anyone who has any good information to share, I would appreciate it.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, I&#8217;m trying to find out the year and circumstance around the purchase of the David W. Mann Company (maker of photorepeaters for mask making) by GCA (who eventually turned the technology into wafer steppers).
